Synopsis:

Mickey Cohen successfully regulates the business of narcotics, weapons and prostitution under the protection of paid politicians and law enforcement. Furious at this wicked business, the secret LAPD group led by Sgt. John O’Mara and Jerry Wooters looking for ways to overthrow them.
